Company
logo and graphic Guidelines
Non-business partners are not permitted to use of the
following logos or other copyrighted artwork unless otherwise authorized by ION
Systems, Inc. ION business partners may however provide a copy of the
guidelines and logos to all advertising agencies and communication vendors to
assist them in developing communication materials. Do not attempt to create
your own versions of ION’s artwork. If you need additional company logo
and guidelines, contact ION Systems, Inc.
If possible
it is recommended to use the color versions of the logos below. A B&W
version may be used when necessary. Currently there are no low-resolution
versions available.

GalaxyLibrary.com™ and GalaxyLibrary are
trademarks owned by ION. Any use of these trademarks by the Participant
must comply with ION's requirements for use of these trademarks, including the
size, layout, color, placement and other design features of these trademarks.
Upon any termination of the Agreement for any reason, the Participant shall
immediately cease all use of these trademarks for any purpose
whatsoever.

Guidelines for Text References to ION Systems,
GalaxyLibrary, eMonocle and Web Eyes.
- GalaxyLibrary, eMonocle and Web Eyes logos are
trademarked by ION Systems, Inc.
- The
letters "ION" should always be capitalized
- Reference to the company should be: ION
Systems™
- The
letters "eMonocle" should have a small "e", Capital "M" and with small letters
"onocle"
- Reference to eMonocle should be: eMonocle™
or ION eMonocle Reader
- The
letters "Web Eyes" should always have a capital "W" in the word "Web" and a
capital "E" in the word "Eyes". Small letters "eb" must appear in the word
"Web" and "yes" in the word "Eyes". There should be a space between "Web" and
"Eyes"
- Reference to Web Eyes should be: Web Eyes™
- The
Letters "GalaxyLibrary" should always have a capitalized "G" (in Galaxy) and
"L" (in Library). Small letters "alaxy" (in Galaxy) and "ibrary" (in Library)
must appear in GalaxyLibrary. There is no space between the words "Galaxy" and
"Library".
- Reference to "GalaxyLibrary" should be:
